I used to yell… a lot

When my kids were younger, I used to lose it all…the… time. 

Not only did I feel so out of control, but I started to recognize that my yelling tended to escalate situations with my kids… and push them away.

Fortunately – the tools I learned (and use!) have made a HUGE difference in my ability to keep my cool and respond thoughtfully to challenging situations.

The key? Learning to parent intentionally – and having the tools and strategies to back those intentions.

As a Certified Parent Coach and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator (and mother of two!), I have spent the last seven years teaching parents how to flip the script on parenting so they can enjoy more peace, more cooperation, more connection and more joy as a parent.
